refund = an amount of money that is given back to you if you are not satisfied(=happy) with a product or service
replacement = the exchange of a defective item with a new one
receipt ❗️ [rɪˈsiːt] = a document that proves a purchase
warranty = a written promise from a company to repair or replace a product (if it's defective) within a particular period of time
guarantee = an assurance that something will be done right
make = the name that identifies who produced the product

❗️Don't confuse make with brand. You use make to talk about the names of products such as machines or cars, which last for a long time. You usually use brand to talk about things that you buy in shops, such as food, drink, and clothes.
