HVAC = heating, ventilation, and air conditioning 

contractor = one that contracts to perform work or provide supplies 

semiskilled =  having or needing some, but not extensive, training

mason =a person skilled in cutting, dressing, and laying stone in buildings

laborer = a person doing unskilled manual work for wages(=a fixed regular payment earned for work or services, typically paid on a daily or weekly basis)

foreman = a male worker who supervises and directs other workers

supervisory = making sure that everything happens correctly, safely
