Electromagnetic Spectrum
Electromagnetic waves that are classified in ascending(=increasing ) order of energy (frequency); they propagate at the speed of light (300,000 km/s).
frequency = the rate at which something occurs over a particular period of time. In physics it's the rate per second of a vibration constituting a wave, either in a material (as in sound waves), or in an electromagnetic field (as in radio waves and light).
emitted = produced and discharged
exposure = the state of having no protection from something harmful
